Our personal message:

Yes, Run FatBoy Run and his son are at it again.  Having just about recovered from the 10K in September, this is the perfect warm up event before I jet off for Beijing to run the marathon for Team GB.  The trainers have been removed from their winter mothballs, I have stocked up well with plenty of fat reserves over the last few months to keep me going so it's off to Heaton Park in Manchester on June 1st, this time I am going to beat the lad, no sweat (well quite a lot of sweating I expect!).

The picture was taken at the end of our last run in September.  Notice I had my own personal ambulance standing by, just in case.
